Age of Auroras Cover Reveal, Fairy Tale Sale, and a Genevieve Update!

Good morning, everyone!

I’m writing to you from an awesome dispersed camping spot near Mesa Verde National Park. My team and I have been working like crazy people to get Dawn of Darkness to you early, and it feels so incredibly good to take a break. The good news—the book is pretty much finished.

We haven’t officially moved the Amazon pre-order up yet, but I’m planning to release it next week. Next week!!!

The pre-order is now live for Age of Auroras. It’s set for $3.99, but the price will go up to $4.99 after the release, so be sure to reserve your copy at the discounted price. (Dawn’s price will go up after the release as well, so this is your last chance to get the pre-order price on that one.)

Okay, now for the blog book update. I’ve done a lot of fretting in the last few weeks about my schedule, and one thing is clear—the blog book is suffering because I don’t have enough time to devote to it right now. I thought I could press on, but the chapter I ALMOST posted this morning was wrong. It was empty. It was “I need to get a chapter written because it’s Wednesday.” And I can’t do that. It’s not fair to you, the characters, or me.

I’ve decided to put the blog book on hold. I need to write the second half of the book in one big, messy chunk. The characters deserve to have their story done right. Even though I won’t be posting weekly updates while I’m writing, you will have the complete story much sooner.

Onto the last order of business! The books in my Fairy Tale Kingdoms series are all on a US and UK Countdown Deal for $0.99 right now! If you haven’t read them, this is a great time to add them to your library.

I hope you all have an awesome week! I’ll talk to you again next week. (On Release Day!!!)

Wishing you all the best,

Shari

  1. As much I’ve enjoyed getting to read Genevieve as you’ve been writing, I totally support your decision to put this on hold. To me, the book has not felt the same since you started the second half. Take a break and enjoy yourself! I look forward to reading it when it’s complete! :)
