Well, I realized something while getting ready to write this wrap-up–I haven’t accomplished much (anything) this month. Not sure where it went or what I was doing.
What was I doing all month?
Okay, so here it goes.
Writing:
Pippa of Lauramore: All finished!!! The final Kindle version is uploaded, and it’s available for pre-order on Amazon. The review copies have been distributed. This month I’ve been hosting three separate giveaways–two on Goodreads and one here on my blog through Rafflecopter. Go ahead and enter if you haven’t had a chance yet!
Anwen of Primewood: The manuscript is sitting and waiting patiently for editing.
Seirsha of Errinton: My plot needed some serious tweaking, and that’s what I really worked on this month. I have it smoothed it out, and now I’m writing again. I have not finished the first draft yet, which, as you may recall, was my goal for this month. I’m still on schedule for its early 2016 release, but I don’t like falling behind.
Reading:
Even though I read seven books, I had such ‘meh’ reading month. The only one that really stands out is Grave Mercy by Robin LaFevers. It’s an excellent love story, though I didn’t care for everything in the book. It was a strong 4 star. I read the second book in the series and didn’t really like it. Go figure.
Classics Challenge: Nope. I got nothing.
Re-Read Challenge: Didn’t happen either…
TBR Jar Challenge: Yes! Grave Mercy had over 500 pages, which was my challenge for the month.
That’s about it! Here’s hoping April will be a more productive month.
