Saturday Morning Update

Good morning!

It’s moving day! Sort of. You see, we have a predicament. We have to be out of our current house by the 16th of November, but we don’t close until the 21st. It’s looking like that date might be moved up, but it still won’t give us time to get all our stuff out of here and clean the place really well.

So, we’re renting a storage unit that’s near our new house, and we’ll start moving boxes and stuff there today. Then, sometime this week, we’ll transfer over to my in-law’s house, and we’ll hang out with them until we close.

It’s all rather messy, but I’m excited to get things going. I think the waiting is the hardest part.

I’m antsy to get started, but I’m the only one out of bed. Our dogs decided five in the morning was a good time to get up on a Saturday, and I couldn’t get back to sleep after I let them out (and then in and then out again). Right now I’m enjoying my first cup of coffee, and I’m dreaming of the dog door we’ll install in the new house. ;)

By the way, the anthology is doing fabulous. Thank you so much for all your pre-orders! I cannot wait for release day!
