Thanks to the hard work of my awesome team, I was able to do an early release of Creatures of Midnight, the final book in the Obsidian Queen series I wrote as Shannon Lynn Cook. It came out yesterday!
Right now, I’m finishing up Fishing for Trouble, the first book in my summer rom-com novella series, Rogues of Colorado. I expect to be done with it by the end of the week.
Once I’m done with that, my focus will fully shift to Forest of Firelight, the first in my upcoming Riven Kingdoms series. I have a few more revisions to make, and then the story heads to Jake, who does my content editing. The original plan was to release the book in May, but things are so weird right now, I’m not sure anymore. It will likely be done by the end of the month, so I might move it up.
Other than that, I don’t have a lot going on right now. Here in Colorado, we’re on a state-wide stay-at-home order, so we’ve been…at home. It’s not so bad. We’re still allowed to get out and exercise, so we’ve been taking the dogs for hikes in our nearby BLM area, which has kept me sane.
