Good morning!
A big thank you to everyone who’s picked up The Werewolf Hunter and the Apprentice. We’ve loved reading your comments, emails, and messages. Your support means so much to us—we’re glad you’re enjoying the GHOST world!
It’s been a great week. Not only have I been really happy with the release, but look at this sweet surprise a friend sent me. I got it on Release Day, and the timing was just the best. Tea mail might be one of my absolute favorite things.
Now that the release is behind us, I’m looking toward my projects for the rest of the year. Yesterday, I switched gears and returned to A Vampire’s Guide to Gardening. I’m loving the story, and I expect to be near the end (hopefully) by next Friday. We have a move day tomorrow, so that might complicate my writing schedule as I adjust to a new location, but we’ll see how it goes.
As usual, I’ll end this with a few things I’m loving this week:
- Author Friends: I always love them, but I’m feeling especially grateful right now. I’ve made the best friends since starting my writing journey in 2015. The publishing community really is the best.
- This week’s favorite tea: definitely the decaf peach ginger in the pictures above. I’ve enjoyed it every day this week!
- Werther’s Original Caramel Hard Candies: They’re my son’s favorite candy, and I’ve been enjoying them while writing. They’re a nice little reward when I’m dragging a bit during the middle of the day. (What are your favorite autumn candies? Tell me in the comments section!)
Sales/Promos:
- I don’t have any sales this week, but I have added “A Dragon and His Cow,” a new Chronicles of GHOST bonus story, to the newsletter collection. It features Greg and Benjamin, and it’s a lot of fun. You can read it for free when you subscribe to my newsletter. (There are a bunch of other fun things in the bonus as well, and I’m sending out another GHOST story next week.)
Have a great weekend!
Wishing you the best,
Shari :)
