I can’t believe it’s Friday already! This week has flown by. My e-book review copies for Pippa are finished! If you would like to receive a free copy for a review, please let me know you are interested. Also, don’t forget to sign up for my giveaway on Goodreads. The sign up is on the right side bar.
I’m about halfway through the third book in my Eldentimber series, and I’m stuck. Usually I can just write anyway, following my outlines, and end up with something salvageable. I haven’t been able to do that for the last week or so. There is a plot in my book that needs tweaked. I liked it when I was outlining, but now that I’m writing it, I don’t think it’s realistic.
I’ve decided to go back and fix it. I don’t usually think it’s a good idea to do this sort of editing before the first draft is complete, but I can’t move on until I fix it. The public school kids have a day off today, so I figured my kiddos might as well take a day off. This will give me the entire day to tweak as much as I like.
My goal is to finish this draft before the end of March, and I don’t think that will be a problem. In fact, I think I am much more likely to finish in time if I fix the first half.
Have a lovely weekend!
